Terms of service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Insiders Chart website and services (the "Service"), operated by Insiders Chart ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Insiders Chart publishes market analysis and trading signals for forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies. Content is offered on three tiers: Freemium, Pro and Premium. The Service is general market commentary and is not investment advice; see our risk disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing your login, or giving others access to paid content, is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro and Premium are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Your access to the paid tier lasts until the end of the period you have paid for. If a subscription is not renewed, your account returns to Freemium access.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Unless required by law, payments already made are not refunded.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance and the change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share our analyses, signals, levels or charts, in whole or in part, without our written permission; not to scrape or bulk-download the Service; not to attempt to bypass access controls; and not to use the Service for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, charts, signals, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own use.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that content is complete, accurate, timely or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or on the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
