Last updated October 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Insiders Chart ("we", "us") collects when you use Insiders Chart, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Subscription and billing data: your plan, billing cycle, subscription dates and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, including your name, email and IP address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and session information needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Service.
How we use it
- To provide the Service, manage your account and give you access to the content your plan includes.
- To process subscriptions and payments and keep accounting records.
- To reply to your messages and send essential service emails such as email verification and password resets.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security (CSRF) cookie to protect forms. Your light/terminal display preference is saved in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing) under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. You can delete your account from your account settings at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@insiderschart.com. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with HTTPS and access to personal data is limited to people who need it.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. If changes are significant we will let you know by email.
